The floors felt sticky upon arrival!!! Shower curtain and walls showed visible dirt, and it seemed as though maintenance doesn't communicate with housekeeping about basic repairs.

The location was really convenient for visiting

the National Parks, and the room itself was clean and quite spacious. However, the lack of housekeeping services during our stay meant we had to manage our own trash, which was a bit inconvenient.

We just stayed one night and enjoyed the big pool and the cozy couch area in our queen suite where we could eat dinner. The heated swimming pool and relaxing lounge area make it easy to unwind after a long day. Just a small hiccup with the TV remote, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

Family vacation expectations met, with some quirks

The breakfast spread was solid every morning, waffles, eggs, and plenty of options especially for kids. The pool was a huge hit for my family, warm enough for my 14-month-old to splash around happily.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience.

Our stay in the King Suite was delightful! We enjoyed relaxing by the sparkling pool after exploring the stunning nearby arches. Staff were friendly, and breakfast offered a good variety. Tip, check the AC unit—ours needed a little attention to boost efficiency. Will definitely return!

Had a lovely time at this hotel. The room had air conditioning, cable channels, a microwave, a refrigerator, satellite channels, and a TV. I enjoyed the tea/coffee maker. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for the family, especially after a long day hiking. Plus, the breakfast was good with lots of options!
